Ryan and his team was beyond amazing. From the start he laid out reasonable and honest expectations in selling our home. Directed us in repairs for selling to make the most profit. The marketing team was great as well. Having kids I was worried about keeping the house in pristine shape! They assured us they would work with us on it, they lined up all the showings in one day, and we had multiple offers and was under contract in less than 48 hours. Going into my first home-buying experience, I thought finding the home would be the hardest part. Turns out there is a lot of project management/logistics involved with coordinating lender/title/appraiser/inspection/home insurance, movers, and move. Casey was always available in addition to Ryan and I appreciate the "village" teamwork to get the transaction to the finish line. It went so smoothly! With a 60-day closing contingency we were able to close within less than 45 days. A real feat for the Adams Cameron, Adams Cameron Title and Homebridge teams.

I recently had a long distance relocation from Mississippi to the Daytona area and reached out to Ryan after seeing a video review of one of his listings on YouTube. From start to finish Ryan was a class act and can’t be recommended highly enough. This was our sixth home purchase over the years so we consider ourselves seasoned buyers and in the past we’ve always provided the agent or broker several listings that we were interested in viewing. Surprising, after Ryan and I spoke he assured me that he would hand select and prepare a group of the best listings in the area that were available based upon our one on one phone interview prior to meeting in person. I was skeptical because I’m very picky. However, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the area to find that Ryan had taken care of all the details, lined up our day in the most efficient fashion to maximize our time and really did an excellent job of dialing in on homes that had features we liked. In the end, we ended up selecting on one Ryan’s personal listings and couldn’t have had a better experience. There were a few issues identified in the inspection process and being out of town this could have been a difficult situation, but Ryan gave us his word he would handle everything and make sure we arrived at closing day with the home of our dreams, and that’s exactly what happened. He has my personal recommendation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Central Florida/Daytona area!
